We stand by the quality of our machines. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account or contact support to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the machine in its original internal packaging and outer shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once inspected at our facility, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
